This quest is on a weekly reset timegate. If you can't see it, that's probably why!

I've done Time Lost, handed it in, returned the first three items to their owners, AND waited for the timegate (I was able to finish the Steelstrike storyline, for instance), but I have no idea how to start Time Found. There's no quest giver, no prompts. I'm lost here. Checking Lost and Found for further information does not have any answers to this particular question. Any ideas, folks?
