As of today I confirm correct sequence & sound logic. I used: Lil' XT lvl 9, (took out both beasts), skipped my 2nd pet darkmoon zep, n went straight to azure whelpling lvl 8. All rares. No trouble.
Call it cheating but I used all rare pets in this order:
Ghostly Skull lvl 10
Crimson Moth lvl 9
Small Frog lvl 10 (never got to use).
I took the first 2 pets down with the Ghostly Skull with 169 left, then switched over to my Crimson Moth with the last hit to finish off his last pet. Quick and easy. As mentioned before, all his pets are level 9 regular pets. ( tiger, ape, & panther )
