In case you're looking for a macro that allows you to automatically turn in the 5 auto-complete quests (to save time on the duration of [item=86574] or [item=128312]), this is what I use:

You'll have to spam the macro, but it'll be done within seconds. Remember to disable all addons to minimize loading times as well! ;)

This npc was up in the hills, I started at way/53.94, 54.45 and ran up the hillside from there, easiest way I found!
