If you move to the high land above the excavation, you will come to a place where you will be facing the long snakelike structure coming down from the top of the thing they are working on. Move then to your right and you will see a ramp going up into the works; it appears to be made of metal plates and it twists up over open air. Follow that ramp up to a platform above; you will see several of the cultists grouped there. Pause to listen to their conversation and you will complete the quest. Beware of roaming Faceless Ones, they can detect stealth.
I completed the prequel quest and a quest window popped up to begin this one but I accidentally closed the window before accepting it and it wasn't added to my log like usual.
All you need to do is go back to Balren of the Claw to get another chance at beginning this quest.
stupid GUI window limits - forcing one closed to open another.
Need to stand where the platform connects to the ramp in order to trigger this quest! I stood right next to them for so long and it didn't trigger till I started walking away and hit that spot

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

The Jadefire satyrs of Felwood have found their way into Darkshore, tainting the land, water, and creatures they encounter. You've seen what their corruption has done to my people and their homes. If we do not turn back the satyrs, all of us will share that fate.

Listen, <name>. We need to learn more about what we're up against. To the southwest, beyond the Master's Glaive, there is a group of dwarven prospectors who were excavating the nearby ruins. Perhaps they have uncovered knowledge that is useful to us in this matter.
