TheWoWDBPick up this quest and then immediately complete it without leaving Shattered Landing. The Ironmarch Scouts are invisible but detectable when you get close to one and are around the perimeter of the camp at Shattered Landing. You will also find the occasional Ironmarch Scout roaming around the camp itself. You will find more of them in the hills to the west of the camp. If most are already killed off, hike down the road out of the camp that leads to the northwest and you will find a few along the roadside.
The Ironmarch Scouts will disappear and reappear behind you for a blind strike, so do a 180 the moment they disappear.
Kill 5 of them and head back to Thrall to turn the quest back in.
