Subversive Scouts is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-40 in Blasted Lands. It rewards 5,450 experience and money.
We have been unable to execute a vast majority of our battleplans. We are definitely being watched.
The Iron Horde must have scouts planted throughout the Blasted Lands. Victory is slipping away from us.

Just north of the quest giver, you'll find the Scouts you need to kill. They're stealthed, but periodically they will appear so you can target and destroy.
I found them standing on the tops of the hills around the quest hub camp, seemed to be the closest hills all around it. Took a while for them to show up at all, and I was the only player there. They don't make the "stealthed mob/player" sound when you get near them either.
This quest becomes available after you've completed Iron Horde Invasion and don't have Warlords of Draenor: The Dark Portal in your questlog.
