okay, this quest sucks so bad, it took me like 30 minutes to figure it out.
QUESTHELPER and Blizzard's quest description are WRONG.

THE QUEST IS NOT BUGGED - There is TWO spots to summon the Turnin-NPC.... If you summon him at the north spot, you can't talk to him. You must go to the southern ruins to use the elixer on the fire there to turn in the quest. Blizzard just sucks at wording their quests, and questhelper is WRONG (it happens).

Full Instructions to Complete this Quest.
Step 1: Go south, grab the 5 frozen mojo that you will need to complete this quest.

Step 2: Go North, to 15,36 and find a large hut, kill the named mob inside it to get his mojo (which is NOT a quest item, so one person can get it at a time if your in a group, 5 people means you gotta kill him 5 times).

Step 3: Go south back to where you got your mojos, at the Ruins of Drak'zin, and use the elixer while standing in fron't of the flaming Drakuru's Brazier, up the steps on the top of the ruins.

Step 4: Now you can see the quest npc, turn in your 5 frozen mojo to him, done.

Alternative: You can also use the elixer with the mojo @ the brazier way up north, but you can not turn in the quest there, it must be turned in to the npc at the brazier to the south of the quest hub, at the ruins.

Hope this clears up the confusion.

This is quest is not bugged!
There are alot problems with this quest, I had to.

Do not follow questhelper, it's wrong!

Those are the steps to complete this quest:

1)Go to 13,61 and farm 5 Frozen Mojo's from Drakkari Warrior's and Drakkari Shaman's.

2)Go to 15,36 and kill Warlord Zim'bo there. He will drop a Zim'bo's Mojo.

3)Now go back to 13,61 where you farmed the Frozen Mojo's. And go on the stairs and use your questitem Drakuru's Elixir on the Drakuru's Brazier(13,60).

4)Now Image of Drakuru dissapears and can you complete your quest!

Description

A legendary set of artifacts, lost for thousands of years, were created to make Drak'Tharon Keep impervious. Most think they be myth, but Drakuru knows better, mon! I nearly discovered where one be, but got captured while interpreting hieroglyphs. Ya gotta summon my soul back dere so I can finish readin' em! Use my elixir at da brazier on Drak'Zin Ruins, southwest of here. You'll hafta mix in da frozen mojo my bruddas be holdin'. I hate ta see my bruddas fall, but it be for the greater good.
