If you're dumb like me and can't seem to find where the Avowed Ritualist (where you take the souls) is, she's at 49.0, 34.9 exactly. She's directly west of the little circular area south of the courtyard complex where the souls and manifestations swarm below while elites are on the walkways above. She's standing next to a big statue of a crouching gargoyle on a anima infused plinth. If you're adjacent to the three triangular entryways into one of those small rooms, you've gone too far.
