As an Alliance player:
To get the goblin npc [npc=81955] to talk to you and start the quest chain that
rewards the [item=114834] battle pet, you need to first unlock Telaari Station in
Nagrand. At level 98 [npc=81492] will give you the quest Taking the Fight to Nagrand in your
garrison. Follow this chain all the way through the quests in Telarri Station and
Telaar until you get A Choice to Make from [npc=79674]. Build your garrison
outpost in Telarri Station and then run over to the Ring of Trials. A bunch of quests
will now be unlocked over there, including Digrem Orebar's. Enjoy your cute new pet!
Players can start this chain after they have completed the initial Nagrand garrison outpost quests.

You got a moment, bub? I've got an elekk-sized problem. Someone, um, sold me... yeah, sold me these two, but they're sick. I've tried everything, but nothing I do makes any difference!
