Description

Have you ever noticed, that sometimes there is benefit in letting someone think they are getting away with something? The Tideborne will continue to smuggle in plain sight, feeling clever at the taxes they're avoiding paying to Silvermoon. This does add up, though, over time. When you have a moment, please head down to the harbor and relieve them of some of their back taxes.
