TheWoWDBI needed this quest for the achievement and couldn't find any perquisites to get the quest. So, this is what I found you need to do in order to get The Dark Heart of Oshu'gun quest:
1. The Debt We Share - + - Elemental Attunement
(((Note: after accepting [The Call of Oshu’gun] talk to the flight master at Throne of The Elements and he will fly you to meet Vindicator Nobundo at the Spirit Woods outside Oshu’gun.)))
4. The Pale Threat - + - Dark Binding - + - Spiritual Matters
5. Then finally - The Dark Heart of Oshu'gun.

The small tunnel leading to the Chamber of K'ure is right behind Gordawg in the cave named Underpale located in the Shadowfall Canyon.
Coords for the entrance: 56.3 - 61.8
This quest was bugged for me. Cho'gall would just endlessly channel into the K'ure. Tried abandoning and re-getting, tried waiting in the room, tried leaving and coming back days later, and nothing worked. Then I tried disabling all my addons. That one worked. Don't know which addon it was that was causing the problem, but I was able to finish the quest.
TLDR: If the quest is bugged for you, try disabling your addons. It worked for me.
