Becomes unbugged after a server reset but tends to bug again in under a minute, after becoming hostile once.
If I was guessing, I'd say that it bugs if the person who starts the fight isn't the one who actually tags her... but that's purely a guess. If I'm right, given the dozens of people who're normally piled around her spamming aoe, it'd explain the rapid & repeated bugging.

The Jade Witch must still have Shin. I... I can't do it! I don't want to see the witch. Can you please go talk to her? You're an adult. I don't think she would turn you into jade.
