If you have the bounty in your inventory, and you're running around doing other quests too, and you happen to whack a Shredder in the Venture Mining Camp, your Mosh'Ogg Bounty (that you haven't turned in yet) becomes an Opened Mosh'Ogg Bounty. Which doesn't satisfy the quest. You have to go back, get *another* Mosh'Ogg Bounty to give to Wulfred.
... who isn't giving me any more quests. Like, to take it to the Explorer's League Digsite, as is implied by the conversation text when you talk to the flight master....

Description
There's been some activity up north, at the rebel camp. I just heard from a soldier named Nimetz that some {race} {class} up there found the key to what's been driving them so crazy. That wasn't you, was it? Anyhow, he sent a sample to me, and it looks just like the rocks I've been seeing over at the Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound, to the northeast. I've heard that the ogres are guarding a chest up in some ruins behind their mound. I suspect it may be related. Care to fetch it for me?
