TheWoWDBShe is floating inside whats looks to be a whirlpool... The trick here is you can see her when you are in "The Scalding Chasm" but as soon as you enter "Nightmare depths" she disappears and you can't interact with her. There is a sweet spot on the very SW tip of the pink starfish. From there you can stand in the scalding chasm and still talk to her.

Arg! I hate Quests that do that... I finished all quests, looked at my Quest Completist, and sure enough... 1 unfinished Quest I can't do apparently. Lame.
