TheWoWDBI wanted to take this quest if you get a hippograph to ride there (saves travelling time) but, she didn't have a quest symbol over her head.
After looking at the quest chain progression and after noticing I had already accepted the Hero's Call! Thousand Needle quest in my log I was convinced if I dropped Hero's Call! Thousand Needles, I could pick up her quest with the hippograph ride.
I was right. Drop Hero's Call! Thousand Needles and take her quest. Talk to the regular goblin flight master at Mudsprocket for your Hippograph ride. No running across Azeroth.

To start this quest, you need to fly to Shadebough in Feralas it will be located where you're Flightpath to Thalanaar used to be, after that just take the quest.
I hope this helped..
I have completed the Feralas version of this quest and got the next quest to go to the boat in thousand needles. Seems this quest isn't available if you have completed an alternate version of it.
