OK - Just Go In and Go Out. Nothing else, don't look around, don't toast marshmallows in the lava, nothing.
AND.... DON"T TURN IN THE QUEST , INSIDE THE INSTANCE, UNTIL YOU'RE IN A DUNGEON GROUP and/or TAKE THE QUEST THAT'S INSIDE THE INSTANCE.
It will make your Drill Tansport unavailable for your return trip. You'll be Hearthing Baby!...... (Maybe just do this and plan on hearthing)
In case you got this quest at the end of blackrock caverns as I did, this is a quest to kill the first boss, which you already did.

Description
It was an ambush, {name}! As soon as we walked in a super-fat ogre named Rom'ogg Bonecrusher attacked us! Raz bravely defended me while I ran off to hide. I watched as they beat him unconscious and then dragged him to a place the fat one called the "Chamber of Incineration." I think it's just down the hall across the bridge. I'm too scared to go any further. Take my all-purpose diving helm and search for Raz. I'll communicate with you through the helm. And if you find that ogre, kill him!
