Maybe a stupid question, but I never did this and now half the events in DI(Time Rifts/Suffusion Camp/etc.) are now out of phase. So, how do you acquire this quest once it stops offering it to you automatically and un@#$% yourself? Don't say unlock WQs because WQs are unlocked.

What to do
Description
Great news, {name}! The spearhead of our expedition has made landfall in the Dragon Isles. Thanks to the efforts of yerself and other Dragonscale Expedition members, we've established a protected landing site and made contact with the dragonflight's embassy. Are ye prepared to accompany us on our next voyage to the Dragon Isles?

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Chasing Storms
So the handsome fellas are sendin' ye on a wee adventure, eh? That's fine. The expedition won't be able to set sail until someone gets those elemental storms under control anyway. Check-in with Storm Hunter William.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Explorers in Peril
Don't mistake the expedition's scholarly pursuits as timidness, <name>. We are not recluses studying books in far-off towers. We are adventurers, hunting down knowledge first-hand in every corner of Azeroth!
The storyline at a glance
