In this image I'm standing outside the building you need to go into. My location on the minimap in this image is here (where the minimap is showing the circle where Sara Wight is located). After you have gone into this building you will see a stairwell leading down. Follow the stairs all the way down and you will get to Sara Wight. Please note that if you have gone into a building but do not see stairs leading down, then you are in the room to the left of the one that you need to be in. There is a clickable door separating the two, but you can also go into both rooms from the outside. I hope this helps.

Hi all
Kill mobs to get to 100% after you need to go to kill [npc=157405] to get to Her go to 46.1 57.2 inside the building and you will see stairs leading to the basement She is there.
