Objective of WANTED: Theryssia

General info:
Rare level is scaled to your level, so it can be level 100-110. (Works everywhere except Suramar)
If your friend is 110 and you are 100 both of you can see different HP and different level, and still fight in the same phase.
He gets more HP and attacks buff, when he is objective of the world quest.
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1 min max)
On first kill drops [currency=1220] and sometimes [item=138839]
[item=138839] can be buffed with [item=139390]

The player is tasked to take out Theryssia by the Wardens:

Sira Moonwarden says: Your target is marked. Be about your work.

As the player touches the plaque that rests upon [npc=94194]'s tombstone, her spirit suddenly appears and attacks.

Theryssia says: Who are you? Stay back - I will protect the Queen with my last breath!

As her ghost is bested by the player, Theryssia seems to remember who she was again, and she transforms from a banshee into a friendly elven spirit.

[npc=94546] says: Lord Ravencrest appointed me as Queen Azshara's personal guard.
Theryssia says: Azshara kept her secrets well. By the time I saw the demons first-hand, it was already too late.
Theryssia says: The Queen's thirst for power doomed us all.
Theryssia says: I was drawn back to this place, and for a moment I mistook you for the enemy. Be careful, hero. This place reeks of restless spirits.

With those last words, Theryssia walks away, shimmering into nothingness. Sira's voice sounds again to commend the player for a job well-done.
