This guy is not an elite in case you're wondering. He does however have two elites that are guarding this area. Find a way to bypass them and the rest of the mobs here are regular 110s. I'd recommend a small group if you have low 110 gear as this guy has some health and can do some damage.

- if you start from "Illidari Stand", goes to the West and follow the destroyed road to Faronaar. Once there, follow the path to the right to the "Legion Camp: Chaos" and follow the path on to a sharp right bend. Follow the road uphill until you reach "The Burning Gate". Turn right and go to the "Felwatch Point", there you will find [npc=107113] inside a small room.
