I don't like being treated this way, im exalted with you dammit. :(
This quest is bugged. I get stunned just fine while trying to fly in, but the dragons that're supposed to swoop in and unceremoniously carry me off either:
1. Never spawn.
2. Despawn once they've swooped in.
3. Despawn once they've swooped in and plucked me off the ground/my mount, thus dropping me.Sometimes I'll get stunned two or three times in a single attempt. Sometimes I never see the dragon that stunned me. Sometimes I fall to my death because they pulled me off from high up. That's particularly fun because I will then have to take Resurrection Sickness, because my spirit-gryphon despawns before I can get into Vermillion Redoubt, thus dropping me on the steep cliffs.
I'm pretty ticked because I'm less than 20 quests away from Loremaster, all of which are here.
Edit: Spoke to a GM after opening a ticket. Their response, summarized: "yeah, this is a known issue, sorry can't help you, keep an eye out for a blue post about it sometime..."
Edit 2: Can confirm this is now fixed on 7/21/15. Now I can finally have Loremaster!

What to do
Description
Good. You're back. Saving the world again I assume. I was dispatched to establish relations with the red dragons in the area, but I'm finding this bunch somewhat less accommodating than the ones at Wyrmrest were. I have, however, been told that you are the type that solves problems. A problem solver as it were. I need you to gain the trust of Lirastrasza at Vermillion Redoubt to the southwest. Our association with the Dragonmaw has complicated things, but I'm hoping you can ease relations.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
