Steamy Essence can be collected from Steam Elementals and the crystal clusters on the ground (only visible while on the quest).

The clusters seem to give significantly more Steamy Essence (10-15) than the Steam Elementals (1-9).

Make sure you pick up the quest Frozen from "Helpless" Henry, the guy in the ice block west of here beforehand. It requires you to go through the same area.

Quest giver [npc=130478] can be found in a warm pool at 44.8 15.4 spot.
[item=153697] drops from [npc=129484]s adn can also be collected from crystal on the ground.
Crystals are better as they contain more essences and obviously you dont need to waste time to kill them.

Now that Tagart is done with your hazing... I mean... trials, you can start helping us with some of the work around here. Some of the nearby gryphon nests have been overrun with saurolisk. I fear that the gryphons will make new roosts elsewhere if we don't clear them out.
