Found a Kaighan village that was a pretty good spot. All the centaur were quest mobs unlike another area I tried. Pretty easy to kill and singles/pairs of mobs. Decent drop rate but not 100%. May be others, this was only the 2nd spot I tried. /way Ohn'ahran Plains 47 55

Was able to do this very quickly at Daruukhan. (51.49, 29.76 in Ohn'ahran Plains)
The Nokhud Raiders there respawn almost instantly and are the only mobs in the village.
