In addition to this there's Lurky's Egg also from The Burning Crusade: Collector's Edition (European). The full backstory to this is that Blizzard managed to pack original TBC keys with the European Collector's Edition, instead of the intended Collector's Edition key. The accounts had to be upgraded manually at the HQ in France. To verify the purchase, collectors had to send in a cutout of the bar code on the box along with a copy of the reciept of purchase.
