Description

I have crafted the totem to cleanse the Winterhoof Water Well. Now, you must take it to the well and perform a cleansing ritual. The well is to the southeast, but be warned: whoever did this may still be there, laying in wait.

This may prove very dangerous, <name>. Be careful...but do not let the defilers of our well escape.

This quest link appears to be a duplicate - this specific quest data does not specify that it is a Tauren only quest (which would seem to indicate this is a horde only quest). The other link to the quest by the same name (level 1) has the information that it is a Tauren (Horde) only quest. I would say it is safe to exclude the "duplicate" quest from the WoWHead character quest status list.

This seems to be the one given if you faction changed to another race but tauren because the game still thinks you are a tauren. So it will give you this ID quest. My friend Class changed from Tauren to a Blood Elf and was able to pick up this one

That is every comment on this page.
