TheWoWDBAnyone else having trouble accepting the next search quests? I can't seem to continue this questline ater completing Booty Bay and Crystalsong Forest. I see Winterspring quest available on the world map near Azure Archives, but no one gives me that quest there and I can't interact with the Locator.

For some reason, this quest appears available even if you haven't even started the prereq quests.
If you're having trouble finding the questgiver, check to see if you've even started the Veiled Ossuary storyline. Chain starts with "Keeper of the Ossuary" given by Senegos at the Veiled Ossuary (island just north of Thaldraszus)

Description
Haleh, Matron Protectorate, presides over Winterspring. Even after defeating the power hungry mage Umbranse, she continues to find and dispel danger in her homeland. As the last living consort of Malygos, she tirelessly upholds his legacy as a guardian of magic. Her return would greatly strengthen the blue dragonflight.

According to Azuregos's notes, the blue dragon Surigosa was last seen investigating a sect of rogue mages known as the Sullied Banner. Surigosa's last missive stated that she intended to travel to the ruins of Theramore. Perhaps she uncovered traces of the Sullied Banner there.
