Description

Hmm, I'm not certain what we should do. I'm not much of a military planner.

Watcher Moonshade will know what to do. He's heading up our defensive efforts at the Wyrmskull Tunnel to the west at the end of Wyrmskull Bridge. We have a force out there just in case the cultists try anything funny.

Please, take the note to him with all due haste.

Just to confirm and clarify: To get this quest you will need the item: [Meeting Note]. To get the note to drop, you will need to pick up the quest line starting with : A Time for Negotiation..., which leads onto a second part which requires you to kill the Wyrmcult Hewers. (NOTE: while I do not have formal confirmation of this, I went to did this on an alt, farmed endlessly and it didn't drop. Then remembered I never really farmed this on my main, so went to pick up quest, and it dropped after 3 kill
