The 'hidey hole' is NOT the cave that is unfortunately placed right under the objective (with no vertical indicator on the mini map marker). It's on top of the rocks way above (a steaming fissure-looking thing). Don't spend 10 minutes running around the cave trying to find something to click on like I did...

The "hidey hole" is just a weird patch on top of the rock and coral formation attached to Zin'Azshari that seems to maybe be smoldering a little. Try mousing over the area with the question mark if you can't find it. This one is obtuse. And you receive the quest when Poen reaches level 9.
