TheWoWDBIf you get a Germinating Seed to drop and you complete this quest before obtaining the rank 1 Zin'anthid, it won't grant you the rank 2. Wait for the dailies to reset and then farm up another Germinating Seed and plant it to obtain rank 2.
Note: the first time you do this quest it is meant to be a tutorial. So you won't get rank 2 the first time you do it.

For me, no map indicators appeared on just where to do this quest.
After you have picked up the seed and started the quest, head to
/way nazjatar 54.69 41.70 Pile of dirtClick the pile of dirt and catch a fly (right click). A button will appear, click on Audrey (Little Shop of Horrors :-) and feed her. Repeat this nine more times.
Audrey then comes after you, kill and loot. Head back to home base and turn in the quest.
(Stupid note: The flies will sometimes fly into solid objects much like Relg from the Belgariad. They will reappear, cold free, a few seconds later.)
Don't forget the extra action button to feed the lasher. You only keep the flies for 30 seconds before they run out.
