I keep seeing "Draws in nearby mists" in relation to spells here, but I'm unclear on what that means. Is it going to consume HoT's on nearby allies, is it going to consume the mastery mists, or something else entirely?
EDIT: Current implementation in alpha is that the pools are entirely cosmetic. Functionally, this move generates a charge every 10 seconds while in combat, to a maximum of 10 charges. So, once a minute you can have a 1200% SP heal, or once every 1.6 minutes you can have a 2000% SP heal. This plus the bonus healing from enveloping mist is a ton of healing.

Sometimes the staff creates pools of mist around the party (dont know the exact numbers on when the staff creates a pool of mist).. which it self doesnt do anything apart from looking cool then when you "activate" Sheilun's Gift you draw in all the pools of mist in and cast a huge single-target heal
Is this spell suppose to trigger Soothing Mist? On guides like Icy Veins it says it does but as of 7.1 it doesn't.
Tooltip
Draws in all nearby clouds of mist generated by Sheilun, healing the target per cloud absorbed.
