TheWoWDBBeen testing the Hotfix this morning. I have only been getting 6 or 7 Anchor Weed per node so far. Can someone confirm if they have gotten any less?
If not they have dramatically changed since the old range of 3-6 for 3 star.
Quick update, I did get 5 today 9/28 maybe a tweek to the hotfix?

Have not had a chance to check, but that sounds promising. Probably not so much to the goblins.
Today I got 6 ..I used to get 3-5 with rank 3...this was the first time I got 6. They maybe fixed getting more with rank 3.
