  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 5 times over the full 2.5 sec. It triggers Blink Strikes.

What it does

Blink Strikes is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 2.5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Blink Strikes (record #199812).
