  1. Effect 1 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 30 per tick. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 8 yards. It ticks every 2 sec, 4 times over the full 8 sec (120 base in total).

What it does

Blizzard is a Frost spell with a 2 sec cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in an 8 yard radius every 2 sec.
