How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 20 times over the full 10 sec. It triggers Boundless Rot.

What it does

Boundless Rot is a Nature and Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Boundless Rot (record #259845).
