How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 40 times over the full 20 sec.

What it does

Collapse is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec.
