How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Dark Command is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 114, which the datamine does not name.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 11. Its base value is 200.

What it does

Dark Command is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
