Tooltip
The Raging Tempest unleashes a massive Electrical Storm inflicting 2.4 Nature damage every 0.5 sec to all players for 15 sec.
How it works
Each cast of Electrical Storm costs 100 Energy.
Electrical Storm is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 30 times over the full 15 sec. It triggers Electrical Storm.
- Effect 2 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Uncontrollable Energy.
- Effect 3 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Uncontrollable Energy.
- Effect 4 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).
What it does
Electrical Storm is a Nature spell with a 3 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec and has a Create Area Effect effect. It also casts Electrical Storm (record #384628) and Uncontrollable Energy.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
