TheWoWDBLooks like we are finally getting a [item=37011] mount that will work outside of the holiday!
[item=208598] will almost certainly not be instant cast like the [item=37011] though.
They may make it instant cast during [event=324] though; we can only hope!

Speculation is now that this will come from the trading post in October of 2023.
This mount is instant during Hollow's End. But not truly, as It's not castable while moving. So no saving yourself if you fall off a cliff.
