The Tempest pushes players away from the Eye of the Storm and inflicts 6 Frost damage every 2 sec. This Frost damage inflicted increases as the storm persists. Also reduces damage taken by Radiance of Azshara by 99%.

While the Tempest is active, Stormlings will continually spawn within the Eye of the Storm.

When the Stormwraith is defeated, the Tempest recedes.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.

What it does

Eye of the Storm is a Frost spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
