Flamethrower is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage (base value 12.987) in a 5 yard radius, applies an aura in a 5 yard radius and applies an aura in a 5 yard radius every 1 sec.
