How it works

Focused Blast is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

What it does

Focused Blast is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2 sec and applies an aura. It also casts Focused Blast (record #137996).
