How it works

Its dispel type is client id 1.

Incite Panic is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 8 yards. It triggers Incite Panic.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 7. Its area radius is 8 yards.
  3. Effect 3 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. Its area radius is 8 yards. It triggers Incite Panic Immunity.

What it does

Incite Panic is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura in an 8 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the fleeing mechanic. It also casts Incite Panic (record #233568) and Incite Panic Immunity.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
