Just thought I'd point out (I spent ages looking) -

This does not increase the standard 5 to 20 when using the Prospecting spell. To mass prospect you open your Jewelcrafting window and there's a new item in there (in a section <Mass Prospecting> that you "create". If you have a load, you can use the "Create All".
