How it works

Net is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). Its base value is 1. It triggers Net Guard.
Effect 3 is effect type 108, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 100.

What it does

Net is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the rooted mechanic. It also casts Net Guard.
