TheWoWDBUnless my mounted speed WA is lying to me this doesn't stack with Guild Perk 'Mounted up', meaning guild perk 10% increased movement speed takes over this enchant, both while dragonriding as well as regular running. Hopefully i'm wrong or that's an oversight, because otherwise that'd be pretty much useless enchant to basically anyone.

This would be consistent with the way Blizzard has treated mounted speed increases in prior expansions, so doubtful it's an oversight. Ride speed buffs are almost never worth going for, since most players have something already that the buff won't stack with.
The guild perk "Mount Up" doesn't work in BGs. Does this enchant?
