Bag of Tricks comes with 2 Tricks pre-installed:

[spell=313110]: Heal with Nature MagicBy using Rummage Your Bag, you can change the element of your Bag of Tricks once you discover new ones, which will be helpful for classes that do increased damage/healing with certain spell types.
Currently, there are 3 alternatives known. None of the drops are 100%.

[spell=315085]: Deal Shadow Damage - Drops from [npc=43324] in Bastion of Twilight.
[spell=315879]: Heal with Holy Magic - Drops from [npc=25840] in Sunwell Plateau.
If you haven't figured it out, Rummage Your Bag puts a bag on the ground. You can enable and disable effects from there by right clicking it.
