RogueSepsis is not an infection of the blood, rather, it's not an infection at all. It is the body's response to an infection. Septicemia is the infection of the blood by a pathogen: septic- as in "infected" and -emia as in "of the blood".

Sepsis is the DoT placed on the enemy. [spell=347037] is the buff you get after it expires, allowing you to use your stealth ability.
For Assassination, allegedly the damage is buffed by Shiv, and additionally I have found that sometimes I am able to garrote AND ambush/cheap shot when the stealth ability use window/buff is active.
