Sinful Brand

only the use of your CD Meta applies that Debuff onto enemies
Demonic or (as Vengeance only) Last Resort won' t apply this Debuff onto Enemies
This was Tested in Build 34324

1) Only the actual Meta cooldown ability applies this to enemies, not Demonic Meta or Last Resort.
2) Casting Sinful Brand and following up with a Meta only refreshes the duration of the debuff on the enemy. It does not stack.

So, i see alot of comments here might get people confused, as it confused me as well a bit...

Metamorphosis applies Sinful Brand on all targets in a radius around it when it is cast, regardless if you branded a target before or not. It applies a new brand. So basically, on single target, you have 2 x Sinfull Brands usage if you use Metamorphosis after first appliance of Sinful Brand expired (or before). If you happen to use it during its uptime, it only refreshes the duration, does not stack.
