Soulbinding

Tooltip

Malacrass begins a ritual to bind his soul to Zul'jan, applying Ghastly Regeneration to him. Any healing Zul'jan receives is duplicated to Malacrass.

Fragments of Malacrass rupture from Zul'jan's body while the ritual holds, and attempt to return to their new host.

How it works

Soulbinding is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers spell id 1304089.

What it does

Soulbinding is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 35 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
