Hello,

About this rank. I've been leveling Herbalism from the start of legion. Up till now i still have 0/3 starlight rose ranks, got 799 skill points and i've been farming this for weeks now. Anyone got an idea what i could have done wrong or doing wrong or is this just bad luck?
